Attorney Michele Morriello obtained a Law Master’s Degree at the University of Florence with a final dissertation on Constitutional Law: “Fiscal Federalism, Critical and Comparative Aspects”. Admitted to Law Practice in 2013 at the Florence Bar Association, he has developed its expertise collaborating with leading firms operating in the civil, administrative and food law. Capacity Building is a key moment in the development and growth of both Public Administrations and Private Entities’ staff. It is necessary to ensure a pragmatic approach to allow participants’ direct involvement in relevant topics, aimed to solving real life operational issues which may be encountered during their duties. The firm operates both independently and in cooperation with nationwide recognized training institutions which are engaged in a continuous research on the evolution of regulatory requirements in their specific sector.
The target audience of such training and refresher courses in ICT are both private individuals and, above all, Public Administrations’ staff. The aim of the courses, also organized in-house, is to deepen the comprehension of the sector’s regulatory issues and provide a practical approach to the development of operating manuals and correct procedures.
We conceive, organize and implement dedicated trainings on agri-food law. The pragmatic approach of the courses ensures a tangible application of the legislation to the company reality, providing solid tools for the legal protection of the activity: from the production to the marketing phase. Particular attention is given to the potential controversies affecting the wine industry in all its branches: contract law, business organization and governance, brand protection and presentation and designation of origin. Attorney Morriello lectured in several trainings and coordinated several capacity building activities on the subject and, in collaboration with the University of Florence, he lectured in the first university course on Wine Law.
Prerogative of the courses is to provide the operational tools to ensure compliance with national and European legislation on data protection.
